A private family is seeking a reliable and organised PA to provide support with home organisation, helping and supporting Julia organise clothing and cleaning for Julia, aged 72. This role requires a calm, patient PA who can maintain routines and help keep Julia focused during visits. Help and support as required with flexibility. Continuity of care is important, as Julia responds better to the same PA.

- Monitor the client's wellbeing and recognise when she has had enough (signs include reduced engagement who is her main carer, and her advocate.

Julia finds it difficult to organise her home and can become overwhelmed. She benefits from a consistent approach and the same carer where possible. The client's son is her main carer, and an advocate assists with mail and support.

Requirements
- Fluent English speaker
- Organised, reliable and calm demeanour
- Strong ability to establish and maintain routines
- Ability to help the client stay focused and recognise signs of distress or fatigue
- Flexibility and patience when working with clients with cognitive impairment
Working pattern
2 hours per week over 1 day
