This is a permanent, full-time visiting care role supporting an 89-year-old gentleman with a mental health condition. The successful candidate will provide compassionate, person-centred care in the client's home, assisting with daily living activities, medication management, and providing emotional support and companionship. Key responsibilities
The carer will visit the client's home and have the following responsibilities:
- Manage and administer medicines
- Support hygiene and toileting needs, including assisting with showering and getting dressed
- Help with getting around the home
- Prepare and support with breakfast and lunch
- Provide companionship and emotional support

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Care Quality Commission (CQC) mandatory training
- Care Certificate
Languages: Fluent English and Italian (both required)
Working pattern
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm. The role operates on a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off rota basis.
