Key responsibilities
The carer will visit the client's home and undertake the following duties:
- Manage and administer medicines
- Support with hygiene and toileting needs
- Buy groceries and prepare meals
- Carry out household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
- Provide sitting service and companionship

The client requires a Polish-speaking carer for both regular visiting care and sitting services. A calm, organised approach to medication management and routine care is essential.

Requirements
Essential:
- Fluent in English and Polish (spoken)
- Must hold a valid driving licence and provide own transport
- Care Certificate qualification
- Experience in caring for post-stroke patients
Working pattern
6 hours per week on a regular basis:
- Monday mornings and afternoons
- Friday mornings and afternoons
- Respite cover for the family (approximately 3 days per month)
