This is a permanent visiting care position for a private individual. The carer will provide personal care and support to an 83-year-old client who has experienced a stroke. Key responsibilities
The carer will visit the client's home and have the following responsibilities:
- Manage and administer medicines
- Support with hygiene and toileting needs
- Assist with getting around the home and mobility support
- Provide friendly companionship and emotional support

- Morning personal care

- Incontinence care (pad changes)
- Walking support and mobility exercises

The client's home is a spacious, smoke-free and pet-free environment.
Working pattern
